Hello, my name is Sheri Tucker.
First, who is Sheri Tucker, Attorney?
I'm a wife, mother, friend, and dog owner. I grew up in a military town where I played softball, tennis, and rode horses. Today, I enjoy photography, gardening, golfing, and spending time with my hubby. For dogs, I've had Yorkies, Bostons, Poodles (small and standard), American Staffordshire, and pugs. Outside of professional life, I'm an alum of Alpha Gamma Delta and serve on the Board of Directors for the St. Thomas More Society. Second, What do I do as an attorney and why?
Why Elder Law and Estate Planning?
Your estate plan is a life plan designed to bring you and your family peace of mind. I listen to you and your goals. I provide you with legal counsel to guide you in your estate planning goals, probate, and trust administration matters. My priority is to help you and your family have peace of mind.
For me, estate planning is a dedicated area of practice. Probate and Trust Administration is a piece of that practice. Therefore, I maintain professional memberships in organizations to provide best practices and serve you the Client efficiently and effectively. I am a life-long experienced advocate for the elderly and people with disabilities. I chose estate planning and elder law as a practice area because it allows me to help prepare life plans and advocate for vulnerable populations. Parents work hard to build a legacy and need a plan to protect their legacy. I work with seniors experiencing hard life choices with long-term care and elder care law issues. Seniors are a vulnerable population who need a strong advocate. I enjoy helping families and individuals with disabilities to plan for peace of mind and quality of life. As a member of the St. Louis community, I play an active role in supporting Cause Partners.
VA Accredited
Because I grew up in a military hometown, I understand the sacrifice. My father was a military veteran. Therefore, I give back to U.S. military veterans for service to their country by giving a 10% discount to active military, retired military and honorably discharged military veterans on estate planning.
Cause Partners
As part of my law practice I give back to the community. My law firm adopted The Down Syndrome Association of Greater St. Louis as a Cause Partner. The firm donates time and resources to support this great non-profit in helping families and individuals with disabilities.
Another Cause partner is the Greater Missouri Chapter for the Alzheimer's Association. It remains important to raise community awareness for families and Seniors facing a diagnosis of dementia or Alzheimer's.
